A playable $50K futures evaluation, run under the real rules — a trailing drawdown that ratchets against you, a daily loss limit, a consistency cap, and a profit target across multiple days. No money, no sign-up. The point is to blow up here, for free, before a real eval fee teaches you the same lesson for $50–$300.
These are real $50K-account specs (a composite of Topstep & Apex). The simulator enforces every one of them live.
| Starting balance | $50,000 |
| Profit target (to pass) | +$3,000 |
| Trailing drawdown | $2,500, trails your intraday peak equity, locks at $50,000 once reached |
| Daily loss limit | −$1,000 — hit it and your trading is locked for that day |
| Consistency rule | your best single day must be under 50% of total profit |
| Minimum trading days | 7 (you can't rush it in one lucky session) |
It follows your highest open-equity point — the peak your account touched mid-trade, even on a trade you didn't close green. Run a position to +$900 open and let it fade back to flat, and your loss floor just climbed $900 of runway you'll never get back. Watch the cushion gauge turn red as you give profit back — that's the trap that ends most evaluations, and it's why a hold-and-hope style is so dangerous here.
Firms don't want one lucky day — they want a repeatable trader. Make 60% of your profit on a single day and you can hit +$3,000 and still fail. It forces you to spread gains across the 7 days.
Educational simulation with synthetic prices — not a real market, not financial advice, not affiliated with any prop firm. Real evals cost money and most people fail them (~7% of funded traders ever get a payout). Practice here first.
